How to convert PDF pages to JPG and open the ZIP

PDF to JPG turns each document page into an image. The result is a ZIP containing JPG files, useful when a form or sharing channel accepts images instead of PDFs. This is not extraction of the original photos embedded in a PDF.

Open PDF to JPG

Prepare only the pages you need

If you need a few pages from a large document, first use Split PDF to save the required page range. Open PDF to JPG, sign in and choose a document within its displayed limits. Password-protected, incompatible or very large PDFs may not process. Retain the original when the recipient needs selectable text or a verifiable digital signature.

Wait for processing, then unpack the ZIP

Pages are rendered sequentially in your browser. Avoid closing the tab or switching apps on devices with limited memory. Download the ZIP and extract it using your phone or computer’s file manager. The JPGs are inside this package. Uploading the ZIP itself to a form that requires an image can result in rejection; select the corresponding extracted JPG instead.

Check the image text and file size

Open the images and zoom into small text to assess readability. Rendering has a resolution limit, so it does not retain unlimited vector detail. Links, form fields and text layers are no longer interactive in JPG. Each image shows the whole page and may include personal information. Review it before publishing or sharing, and keep the original PDF for tasks that require its document features.

Frequently asked questions

Does this extract the original photos inside my PDF?

No. It renders a full page, including text, pictures and margins.

Can I verify the PDF’s digital signature from the JPG?

No. An image may show a signature’s visual appearance but does not preserve the original PDF’s cryptographic verification.
