Privacy and file processing
This page describes this version of LovePDF Store. Also review the information provided by Google and Cakto during sign-in and checkout.
Document contents
The six tools read and process selected PDFs and images locally in the browser. Their contents are not uploaded to a conversion server, recorded in the database or kept as a document history. Downloads are generated in the browser and remain under your control once saved.
Account and usage data
Google sign-in provides authorized account information such as user identifier, name and verified email. Your Google password is not requested or stored here. To apply usage limits, the application records the user identifier, tool and start date, without recording the document or its text.
Language preferences and technical records
A language preference cookie remembers your selection for up to one year. At an initial visit to the root URL, the server can look up the connection IP in a local country database; no external geolocation request is made for that lookup. If country lookup is unavailable, the browser language is used, with Portuguese as the default. Session cookies support sign-in and form protection. Hosting access logs may include IP addresses and request details.
Payments and requests
Cakto handles the checkout. The application stores order references, plans, amounts and access status and validates signed payment notifications. It does not collect full card details in its own form. For account corrections, deletion requests or payment questions, use the service’s published contact channel. Payment records may require retention under applicable obligations.
Capitalist checkout
If you select Capitalist, its checkout receives the order reference, amount, currency, description and account email. Capitalist prices are displayed separately in the indicated currency. A signed notification is checked against the stored order before granting access.
