How to use
- Select at least two unlocked PDF files.
- Use the arrows to arrange the files in the intended reading order.
- Process the selection and download the combined PDF.
- Open the result and check the transitions between documents.
Prepare the sequence before merging
Name the originals clearly and check which version belongs in the final document. To include only part of a file, first extract that interval with Split PDF. You can also correct a sideways document with Rotate PDF before combining it. Keep the originals until you have checked the page count and order of the result.
Signed documents and interactive features
Merging creates a new document and does not preserve verifiable digital signatures from the originals. Forms, bookmarks, embedded attachments and annotations may not be retained completely. If the recipient requires an original signed document, confirm whether a combined copy is acceptable before submitting it.
Frequently asked questions
Can I merge PDFs on a phone?
Yes, using an up-to-date browser. Large selections may exceed the memory available on your device.
Will the combined PDF be smaller?
Not necessarily. Merging organizes pages; use Compress PDF separately when you need a smaller file.
