Free page organization, paid customization
The visual organizer accepts one PDF on the free plan, within your account’s page and file size limits. Watermarks, logos, numbering, multiple inputs, batch output and saved presets require a current monthly or annual plan. Features are available after payment confirmation or a valid administrator grant.
A reusable workflow without storing documents
Save up to ten presets per account in this browser for text, positions, logo, numbering and output mode. Presets do not include PDFs or page order and do not sync across devices. Each selected PDF consumes one daily use when export is authorized, including cancelled or failed operations. Batch files are processed sequentially, with a 100 MB total input ceiling and 150 MB output ceiling.
What customization does not do
The tool adds visual elements and arranges pages. It does not edit existing text, perform OCR, encrypt files or securely remove sensitive information. Covering text with an image is not secure redaction. Changes may affect forms and invalidate digital signatures, so keep the originals. Thumbnails show organization; marks and page numbers appear in the exported PDF.
Frequently asked questions
Are my PDFs uploaded to the server?
No. Your browser reads and processes the documents. The server checks your account, plan and usage allowance without receiving files.
Does batch processing combine all files?
You choose. Combined output puts the selected pages in one PDF. Batch output creates a separate PDF for each input inside a ZIP and restarts numbering in each document.
Can I delete my presets?
Yes. Delete one preset or clear this account’s presets in this browser from the Studio preset panel. Clearing site storage also removes them.
