How to turn document photos into a readable PDF

Converting a photograph organizes its delivery, but does not automatically fix a poor capture.

Open JPG and PNG to PDF

Take a clear photograph

Use a flat surface and even lighting. Include all corners and avoid glare, shadows or fingers covering the text. Photograph both sides when required and keep the camera parallel to the paper.

Use supported formats and arrange the photos

Select JPG or PNG images. Export HEIC photos to a supported format first. The tool places one picture per A4 page without cropping, preserving proportions. Check the list order: it does not decide which photo is the front, back or continuation.

Review before sending

Open the result and zoom in on the required information. Conversion does not add OCR, editable text or proof of authenticity. If searchable text or a digital signature is required, a photo-based PDF may not be accepted. Keep the original images and compare readability if you later compress the document.
